Infectious Disease Consultation
Infusion Solutions offers an outpatient Infectious Disease (ID) consultation for infections that require outpatient antimicrobial therapies. Such infections include:
• COVID-19 (mild-moderate severity) – combination monoclonal antibody infusions
• Osteomyelitis
• Septic Arthritis
• Infections with Multi-drug Resistant Organisms
• Endocarditis
• Complicated or Recurrent Urinary Tract Infections (UTIs)
• Recurrent C. difficile infections
• Skin and Soft Tissue Infections (SSTI)
• Device Infections
Dr. Vaughan and his staff will work with the referring provider to ensure that the patient receives the most evidence-based approach in the management of their infection. Whether it be a complicated culture & sensitivity result or a recurrent infection that needs IV therapy, please contact Dr. Vaughan at Infusion Solutions. Our service can assist with the arranging of PICC line placement or advanced diagnostic imaging depending on the severity of the infection.
